This course focuses on the Customizing of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, using the world leading standard software SAP ERP.
The course participants will be dealing with two implementation scenarios. In these scenarios, first, the organizational structures are implemented. Building upon that, cross-application business processes of different departments such as production, accounting/controlling and distribution/logistics are modeled. The practically relevant case studies refer to the fields of organization- and process-customizing which makes a cross-departmental view on individual business processes possible in the first place. The focus of process modeling in this course lies on the departments of production, accounting/controlling and distribution/logistics.
The course also offers background information on project management regarding the implementation of standard software. This is also included in the case studies.
